Inset, face-frame & frameless · dovetail drawers · soft-close hardware
The Difference Is in the Details
Anyone can order a box. The difference between a stock cabinet and a Precision Woodworks cabinet lives in the construction — the joinery, the hardware, the finish, and the fit. Here's exactly how we build, so you know what you're getting before the first board is cut.
Construction Styles
A solid hardwood frame around the front of the box — the classic American look, sturdy and traditional.
Doors and drawers set flush inside the frame for a precise, furniture-grade reveal. The hallmark of fine cabinetry.
No front frame — full access and a clean, modern line. Ideal for contemporary kitchens and baths.
Painted shaker to slab walnut, kitchens to closets — we build the style the room calls for.
What Comes Standard
Solid-wood dovetail drawer boxes — stronger and finer than stapled or glued alternatives.
Premium under-mount, soft-close guides and hinges (such as Blum) on every door and drawer.
White oak, walnut, maple, cherry, hickory and more — in painted, stained, or natural finishes.
Durable, hand-applied finishes built to hold up to daily use in a busy home.
Common Questions
Face-frame has a hardwood frame around the box. Inset is a face-frame style with doors set flush inside the frame for a furniture-grade look. Frameless (European) skips the frame for fuller access and a modern line. We build all three.
Stock comes in fixed sizes and gets trimmed to fit, leaving fillers and compromises. Ours are built to your exact dimensions, wood, and finish — with dovetail drawers and soft-close hardware standard, not upcharges.
Solid-wood dovetail drawer boxes and premium soft-close, under-mount hardware such as Blum, plus any pull-outs and organization you need.
Yes — we design, build, and install under one roof, so one shop is accountable from first measurement to final reveal.
